This policy explains what WOLF OS collects, why, and how it's kept safe. WOLF OS is a self-hosted workspace hub, so most of your data lives on infrastructure you control or that we run for you, never sold or shared with third parties.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, and a securely hashed password.
• Workspace data: the tasks, habits, finances, and other content you enter into the apps you install.
• Basic usage data: sign-in activity and device info, used only for security (like trusted-device 2FA).

How we use it

Your workspace data is used only to run the product for you: rendering your dashboard, calculating your balances, tracking your streaks. We don't use it to train models, sell it, or share it with advertisers.

Data isolation

Professional and Personal workspaces are isolated at the database level. Installing the same app in both workspaces creates two entirely separate data contexts, enforced by a unique constraint, not just a filter.

Your rights

You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings. If you cancel your account, your data is retained for a short grace period, then permanently deleted.
